Comments:
Went up barnet hill and did 3 sets of sprint up and down in 90 secs, 1 minute jog and rest, then 5 of sprint up in 35/ 40 secs jog down rest to 2 minutes. Felt pretty fast, considering the long run yesterday and that I haven't done anything fast for ages.
