Comments:
I'm really glad now putting two back to back good days together. Ran about 30 minutes today and followed it up with 8 good striders, I'm feeling a lot better at this point and the knee felt a lot more normal today than it has at any point since the surgery. I gotta stick with it, stay consistent and injury free and not back down and it will turn out alright.
