Pre-run stuff: I bumped into the homie Viccy P. on New Years eve and he told me he wanted to do a run before he went to college. We planned on 11 am but that turned out to be a little too ambitious for him, so we went at 3.

The run: Nice breezy run to start the New Year, didn't stop at all on the run except to dodge people (it was really crowded), but we went really slow so it was easy.

other stuff I did today:
Did some light weights / basketball earlier in the morning, jumped rope at home at night
