Weather: Windy, wet and miserable.

Comments:
The kids are back at school so I'm back in the old routine. I just about managed to find my kit, get myself out of the door and run to work, but I actually did go the wrong way - not sure why but I went out via the pavements instead of the short way, adding about a quarter mile or so to the journey. Really tired, quite a bit of DOMS and feel a bit down really. I was pretty slow but at least I got there ok.
