Ran on the treamill at O2 Fitness. Ran 2 miles up and then did a 30:00 fartlek. 3:00 on/2:00 off x 6. Ran at 10.0 pace for the first 2 and then 10.1 for the next two and then 10.2 for the next two. About 1.5 down for 8 miles on the day. 53:27 total and then some core after.
