Golf Course Tempo Run

Comments:
Decided to do the Holly Hills Golf Course with Stephen for our tempo workout today, the first one of track season. Turned out to be very hilly course. These were a very painful 25 minutes, and Steve dropped 1.5 miles in right before we got to the top of 16. Turns out he has bronchitis, poor kid. I finished up in the middle of Ritchie Drive, and then ran back to the house.
