4 mile tempo run

Weather: 65 and nice!

Comments:
Ran 2 mile warm-up on the trail. Then did some strides and drills.
Then 4 mile tempo which my goal pace was 6:00. Took off a little fast and then hurt pretty bad on the last mile up hill. Still pleased with it considering it is my 3rd workout.
