First Workout today:
1.5miles, 1mile, 1.5miles at T pace with 1min rest (on the track).
i ran: 7:56, 5:17, 8:06
then 3x200 sprints to finish it.
The paces were not bad at all although my left ankle and foot were hurting. Ice my left foot after.
I wanna be careful about this well see how I feel tomorrow
