Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
goal was 7 min miles first 1-3 and then settle into a 6:50 pace til mile 10 and up it from there.
Did about that. Started fast and kept 6:55. Zone out. Comfortable. Get the metronome award for this one... uncharacteristic of myself.
Saw Jordan well ahead at mile 9... started the painful chase. Hit 6:30 til the hill.
Garmin says the last mile was 6:28. Ouch.
Still.. probably the best I've felt through out a half... and that despite the horrid weather.
