Weather: 47, gusty winds

Comments:
Stayed inside due to wacky winds and dark. Warm up was good, able to shake off tired feel quick. Needed to try something different to keep interest up, did 3 intervals of 800's @ 8:30 pace with 3 min recovery jogs. Finished with 3 1 min intervals and 1 min recovery. Felt pretty strong running at fastish pace. Run went nice and quick.
