five minute jog warmup. going to try to remember what i did for reference
- V-sit, moving medicine ball left to right
- planks
- V-sit, catching medicine ball from partner
- ab roller
- walking lunges with weight, raising the leg high each time
- triceps extension (keep arms tucked tight to the side
- bicep curls, arms at side, rotate
- bicep/forearm curls, wider stance, arms in center
- lots of pushups, crossover pushups on bench
- V-sit, catch medicine ball thrown from the side, use oblique to lob it back
- support a ball on your lap while in the "seatless chair" (for lack of better description. the thing below the pull up bar)
maybe a few more things.  good workout.  was wondering why we didnt do more legs and upper/lower back stuff.  ran at a good pace around the indoor track for 30 minutes afterward with michael, must have covered at least 4 miles including the warmup
