Not a bad meet, it ended up being essentially identical to my first meet, if not slightly slower. 2:05.89 in the open 8 (.07 slower than two weeks ago), but we also went out slow with a 63 which made it hard to PR. I was disappointed, because in the 4x8 I went out in 1:33 for the 600m and felt that if I had someone to push me I could have close in 31, so based on that I thought a PR would be a given. Anyway, in the 4x2 I anchored the B team with a decent 24.9, which was .1 seconds slower than two weeks ago. In addition I ran a nice easy 4x8 leg just so we could get points.
On the upside, I finally got a cooldown in after the 4x2. I've found that if you just start running then people will wait for you rather than be rude and leave, so I'll keep that in mind for the future.
