Sprint Workout @ Bates

So even though Thomas and I are doing the mile/800 double on Friday, Mr. Paul had us do a workout with the sprinters. It was actually pretty fun. We did 2 300s followed by 3 200, with up to 7 minutes rest inbetween to fully recover. The recoveries were much longer than our normal workouts but the pace was far faster, so I was pretty sore afterward.

For the cooldown we ran outside since it was surprisingly nice.
