Tempo workout at Druid Lake this morning:
I felt like crap and ran it in asics.
first part was 2 laps a threshold, then 2 min rest, then 1 lap all out.
definitely put some effort into it and i probably should have held back a little more on the threshold.
regardless im happy with how my training is going and hopefully tomorrow i can get a good long run in for a solid week.
