Then 3 sets of 10x KB Floor Press @24kg, then immediately 10x plyo push-Up (Opposite hand of press on kettlebell handle), each side.
1 Minute Figure 8's @ 16kg
1 Minute Around-The-World @16kg
10x Windmill followed by 5x Strict Press @ 16kg (Each Side)
3 Rounds
10x Knees-to-Elbows
1 Minute Elevated Plank
10x Leg Raises
