72. LONG RUN.

Weather: Nice, 50s.

Comments:
Ran with yolanda the whole way for the first time. In the first half, my legs felt kind of tight, but after the turn around, i felt much better, idk but the spot by the six mile mark feels so much more open and i feel much better there. Legs feel better today, wooooh. Shins a bit sore, but not hurting as much as last week. Breathing was decent, but my nose was so runnnnny, ew.

Splits: none recorded. Just focused on taking it easy today for my shins.

Extra work, shin stretches, body squats, shin and calf walks, 100 ups, and shin exercises.
