1 minute X10. Serhiy showed up before me and he started right away. I started in the middle of Serhiy's work-out. Ryan showed up did his warmup and finished that when Serhiy left and then Ryan started in the middle of my work-out. I left during Ryan's work-out and overall it was much was painful than the last hill work-out. Some reason I didn't get to run up with either of them on a set. All did ours seperate. Gave some motivational remarks and some fives though.
