What an unbelievably terrible workout. We got to Bates late so we only had 30 or 25 minutes to do an entire workout. I was with the sprinters again, so I did a short but fast warmup, and then we started the 3s. Unfortunately we had to cut our breaks short so we couldn't recover fully, so it ended up being an endurance workout. All of our intervals were way too slow and we didn't even finish, and the kicker is that my cooldown was 2 minutes of jogging in the snow with a t-shirt because we got kicked out at that point. It's not worth coming to Bates if we're going to be so strained for time.
