Ran on my own today. My thighs weighed like 30000 pounds, it felt soooo sore, breathing was fine, form was decent, my lower legs kinda were sore too, rolled em out and stretched my shins when i got back, also shin walksss. Felt so out of energy today, i felt wipeddddd. I need sleep man, i cant wait until schools over tomorrow,

Extra work, shin walks, shin exercises, and the lunges back front side curved and twist.
