Comments:
Shitty ass run today. Ugh, my legs were so tight, the first three miles were a living hell. I felt good the last three miles but i startedto lock up at the park. I could feel my hamstrings and they were hella sore. Ran by myself the first three miles but with yolanda on the way back. Just felt like complete crap today. Breathing was good, form totally sucked, i felt like i was limping to the 6 mile....

Extra work: leg workout 1, shin stuff.
