Comments:
Ran today because I was feeling good walking around, and did 5 miles on the cross country course. Everything was going fine for 2 miles and then pull city. Achilles went crazy and I was back to square one. Rachel was not pleased, and neither was I. Back to the drawing board, no New Balance this weekend either. Heartbroken.
