Weather: 55 and nice!

Comments:
Ran 2 miles up on the ATT. Then some stretching, strides, and drills.
Then 8x1k w/2:00 rest.
Ran with GPS and about 5:35-5:48 pace on all except the last one which was at 5:29 pace.
1 mile cool down for 8 on the day.

Felt heavy and sluggish on warm-up and was going to put off until tomorrow. But decided to do it anyways. Felt strong until the last 2 and then had to push through it. Good workout and starting to feel comfortable at 5:40-5:50 pace.
