Weather: nice

10x300 in the bus loop... Not bad, not trying to kill the workout or anything. Good shakeout sort of workout. The chemicals in the bus loop (salt and other stuff) made me feel sort of weird at the end but once i got away from it felt good! Hit 47-48 as opposed to the 50's of last time
