Weather: Beautiful.
Comments:
Did a nice little shakeout run. Everything still hurts but nothing major. My left ankle/outside of my calf was giving me a little trouble, which I was expecting from all the downhill turns on the single track after the halfway point in the race. Good to know my stabilizers got a workout!
Ran from my dorm out down the road past the second intramural field.
