Comments:
Started off the tempo right away, which probably wasn't very smart. I felt pretty good though and kept up the speed and pace. Nick really picked up the last 5 minutes, he admitted he went a bit fast at the end. Went on a longer cooldown, which was good. My knee is still bothering me though, it's hurting... a lot.
