Didn't get much sleep becaus eI was chillin with AO last night watching old school hockey and Seinfeld, like the sick chill whatever dudes that we are. Pancake breakfast at 535 which I attended with Kenny and Sam and I was dressed to run. They convinced me to eat, so I did and then waited a little to run. Kathleen went for her shakeout with me. I probably pounded her a little but that's what you get for being a woman trying to run with the beast. She turned around 15 minutes in and I was left alone for 20 more minutes out on the canal before turning around at 35. I stopped at what I now call my happy spot, beautiful place on the river where I didn't mind stretching in the cold. I mentally prepared myself and started the thing, 40 seconds and then into a 15 minute tempo back. I was flying I just know it, and it felt great. I climbed the steps of the second bridge and jogged home down the new pathway that runs through the middle of Bethlehem. Feels great to be back doing workouts.
