Weather: nice, little warm

Comments:
1600 1200 800 1200 1600 with 4 minutes rest, 3 minutes rest, 3 minutes rest, and 4 minutes rest. Heat made it a little more difficult than normal and legs were feeing pretty tired from the increase in mileage. Went 5:03, 3:45, 2:28, 3:46, 5:01. Really didn't feel that into it until the last mile, legs were sore otherwise.
