Comments:
Ran the first portion along the Bonneville, parking at the JCC. Right knee was a bit sore, so drove back home in the middle of the run to change insoles. Continued my run at home, running towards the Capitol and heading back from Memory Grove up a new route that switchbacks straight up to the Aves. Knee was feeling better as the run progressd, but still took it easy.
