So i looked at the peoples logs and found out its a threshold. Did it on my own after my act class. Im tired, and my right leg hurts. Its like the top of my calf now and my left shins felt iffffy.. Stomach was also hurting. Pretty bad cramps at the end and cooling down.. Breathing was fine,
Extra work: my rehab stuff and 100 ups.
