PT was a good of push-ups, abs, bodyweight shoulder stuff (overhead arm claps, military press), leg work and some sprints.

Sealfit Wod:

1) 3-3-3-2-2-1-1-1 Power Snatch
75, 85, 95, 115, 125, 130 -

2) 4 Rounds, not timed:
5x Power Snatch @ 75% 1RM (95#)
10x KB snatch each side (Used a 45# dumbell)
10x Toes to Bar

3) 20 Rounds, 1 round every 60 seconds
3x Burpee
5x Plyo Push-Up
25m Shuttle Sprint

4) 50x Weighted Situps @ 45#
50x Back Extensions
