Did a little Kettlebell circuit with some abs since my running plan got switched up today.

Complete all exercises with one arm, then switch arms
Abs:
50 reps of each exercise, each followed by 80 seconds of rotating plank (20 sec side, front, side, front):
Supine Bicycle (4-Count)
Leg Levers
Russian Twist (4-Count)
Flutter Kick (4-Count)
Side Crunches (25 each side)
