Comments:
Took it easy today. After Stephen tripped and fell 3 miles into the run, Me, Sam and Knouse waited for him, and slowed down from the rest of the group. I was tired from hammering so much lately, and needed a slow day. Felt decent afterwards. Time to focus on IC4As.
