PT was a mix of Push-Up variations and overhead arm claps/military press.
Right after me and Woody did:

30x 1 Arm Swing (15/15)
30x Air Squat
30x High Pull (15/15)
30x Push-Up
30x Snatch (15/15)
30x Double Unders
@ 24kg
Time: 18:50
Then went to a bakery but it was closed so we went to a park and did another workout under a gazebo!
1 Minute Turkish Get-Ups right arm @16kg
1 Minute Turkish Get-Ups left arm @16kg
1 Minute Chest Press right arm @ 24kg
1 Minute Chest Press left arm @ 24kg
1 Minute Rest
1 Minute Push Press right arm @ 24kg
1 Minute Push Press left arm @ 24kg
1 Minute Front Squat right hand @ 16kg
1 Minute Front Squat left hand @ 16kg
Then did the same thing with :30 intervals.
Then messed around with some dips, push-ups, windmills, and other random stuff.
