Rainy 9 Miler

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Saucon Valley today with Ty, Sam, Knouse, Simon, and Molloy. We were supposed to meet for steeple drills but Evans and Lyle couldn't find a ride over the mountain. Casey and I did them together in the varsity house before I met with the other guys to run. We ran a very painful Saucon Valley, and Sam and Simon took off on their 15 minute tempo about 35 minutes into the run becaus ethey are racing Saturday. I am pretty sure that that's what I have tomorrow. Ty and I had 9 while everyone else only had 8 so we ran the runaround 3 mile warmup loop to finish up, doing three 20 seconds strides in the middle of the run. These felt suprisingly easy; I didn't think I would have that much spring in my legs. Ran an additional stride on the indoor track when we got back. Workout tomorrow, two easy days, BOSTON. Excitement setting in.
