Weather: Perfect.
Comments:
Just did some (semi)easy miles to soak in the beautiful weather and view before tomorrow's PT test.
Did 50x Push-Ups and Sit-Ups then headed from my dorm up Candler's Mountain Road just a little past the Liberty Ridge development. My gosh it's so beautiful up there. On the way back went down the archery range road a little bit and then went past Wingate and turned left instead of just cutting through the new parking lot. Did 50x Push-Ups and Sit-Ups when I got back.
Note: I think I may need new shoes soon. My shins and calves swelled up and were burning like crazy. I don't like that. And my Hammies were pretty tight from yesterday's BB Complexes!
