Did the Strength and Stamina portion of today's Sealfit WOD right after the PT test. Did the rest after convo:

AMRAP 30 Minutes w/ 20# Vest:
5x Pull-Ups
10x Push-Ups
15x Squats
20x Leg Levers

Got 20 Rounds and finished the pull-ups, push-ups, and 7 squats of round 21.

4 Rounds:
10x Toes-To-Bar
10x Slasher (each side with 16kg bell)
45/45 sec side planks
10x Back Extension.
