Big talk last night w/ coach about what to focus on now, differecen of opinion since I am getting frustrated at slogging along while ankle gets up to speed. Agreed to keep it to around 3 with varying speeds. After warm up mile did 1 mile of inching up speed up to 7.0 spd, after 2 min slow jog did 5 1 min intervals at 7.2 sp with 1 min 6 spd recoveries. No ankle pain, some minor tightness in quad hip but overall a success.
