Left Arm Push Press
Left Arm Front Squat
Left Arm Overhead Hold
Right Arm Push Press
Right Arm Front Squat
Right Arm Overhead Hold

Followed it up with :30 L-Sit, 1:00 Incline Plank then immediately 1:00 Regular Plank.
