Comments:
Started at the Manor Park, ran up to Bob's Hill, then to Cat Rock, and back.

First 1.5 miles up to Bob's Hill were all uphill. Not cutbacks up a mountain, uphill. It was steep. Very few flat stretches. From Bob's Hill to Cat Rock is all pretty flat with some rolling hills.

Everything felt great! Awesome last long(ish) run before Terrapin!
