Weather: VERY windy and cold, but mostly extremely windy

Comments:
15 minute warm up, dynamic stretching, a few strides, 3,000m time trial. Got a 10:33, it was soooo windy, I also wasn't all that tired at the end, I could have done better, but I started out too slow. The I did 4x400s at 70-75.
