Comments:
Ran everything with yoyo. Sucky ass workout. I did so bad. First. Didnt know we had to turn out to the streets, second we went so fast on our first two but did shitty on our last two. And my all out sucked.. I did good up until tht turn where my shins started to hurt like a sharp pain shot up my shin.. My breathing again sucked ass today... This heat is driving me nuts. Id rather it be cold so my breahing isnt all whack. :( cooldown felt bad in the beginning but better towards the end.
