Weather: Kinda cool i liked the weather. 50s.
Comments:
It was a good race. It was a fast track. Ran warmup and cooldown, drills with mooler and yoyo, and race alone. I tripped twice during the race.. -.- my spike felt like it got caught on the track.. Eeh. I had no kick left, and my breathing sucked again. During cooldown, i could feel my shins hurting the last 5 minutes. Also befo race my hamstrings were bothersome. I constantly stretched it out.
Extra: rolled out my shins before and after race.
