Woke up, did my 100 push-ups, went to PT:
400m easy warm-up
2 Rounds:
1 Minute Rotating Squat Jumps
1 Minute T Push-Ups
1 Minute Short Hops
1 Minute Rest
2 Rounds:
1 Minute Double Mountain Climbers
1 Minute Jumping Jacks
1 Minute Push-Up Position Planks
1 Minute Rest
2 Rounds:
1 Minute Plyo Push-Ups
1 Minute High Jumps
1 Minute Flutter Kicks
(I think that's what it was... I just had a complete brain fart...)
400m Cool down then I ran a mile afterward.
Workout was exactly what I didn't want to do but exactly what I needed.
