Weather: Cool, nice 50s.

Comments:
Ran alone today but when coming back, ran mostly behind danielle and daisy. Felt rough going from mile 1-3.. My calves and shins felt tight and my ankle, but the last three miles my leg felt so much looser, but the wind was horrific. It s like the worst wind ever..

Exta: 100 ups, leg circuit 2, rehab.
