Comments:
Except this year we had half the reps. We had the death workout again today, but five reps this year instead of ten. Four mile warmup that utilized the rail trail, then right in. I feel like I am still falling off. The guys killed me on the last two reps. I can't hang in the speed reps anymore, hopefully next week is a lot better. I hit:
