Comments:
anthony didnt want two track workouts in succession, so i went back to school with aleck and attempted a tempo around fort reno. went around twice but i just couldnt get quality tempo by myself, so i hit the hill 4 times pretty hard, not really a full hill workout but just finishing off the iffy tempo. the hills really got me breathing, i think hills might be my weakness right now, haven't done a good hill workout in months
