Exercise Type: Weights

Did my daily 100 Push-ups, then:
AMRAP 30 Minutes:
5x Pull-Ups
10x Snatch (10/10) @ 24kg
15x Swing @ 24kg
10x Contra-Lateral Push-Ups
10 Rounds + 5x Pull-ups and 2x Snatch (2/2)
Came very close to throwing the kettlebell into my wall on the snatches a few times. First 6 Rounds I did 10 on each side, then the last 4 I broke it down 5 one side, 5 other side, etc.
Also came very close to puking!
Great WOD. KILLED my grip.
