Comments:
Ran up and down firestairs in the Baltimore hotel with a few breaks to jog through hallways and one lap around the block. Definitely got the heartrate up as I twice climbed 14 floors two steps at a time. Knees weren't very happy. Then joined Lew and the girls in the hotel pool
