Comments:
Warmup with yoyo, sara, daisy, and cynthia. Cooldown alone. Workout alone. Felt really nauceous today again. I felt lightheaded. Idk whts going on, im drinking water and stuff but i still feel fainty. My legs also felt really wobbly. Physically i felt fine but mentally i felt weak. Did 500s today.
