Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 60s nice.

Comments:
2 sets of 5 x 400 at R pace (66 for a 4:24 mile) with 75 sec rest between reps.
first set was: 65 65 66 66 66, then 400 meter jog
second set was: 66 66 68 68 66.
This workout was just what i wanted, phisically it kicked my ass but mentally i didn't check out, i just pushed each rep hard. I fell off a little at the end but I'm still happy with the effort.

The last 2 months of training have been up and down with some weeks where i've been feeling great and ready to take on the world and some weeks where i've been broken down, exhausted, and uninspired. Im hoping this week is gonna be a good one im feeling inspired again.
